In the latest issue of SFX (187, page 72) Charlie Higson discusses his heroes in Science Fiction. He talks of his love of Tom Baker's Doctor and then comments "I'd love to write or appear in Who. In fact I was just talking to Steven Moffat (Doctor Who head writer and showrunner) about possibilities the other day..."
Hot on the heels of Richard Curtis announcing that he's written an upcoming episode, could our Charlie be next on the list? I think he'd write an absolute cracker myself: he seems perfectly suited to the job of scaring kids.
Higson to write Doctor Who episode?

Ooo...
The possibility is exciting. I hope Higgy gets the gig.

Only just started reading SilverFin in study hall today, but what little I've read has been quite brilliant. Certainly love to see what he could bring to Who
