Look what I've found today in TLD.
The bullets play the main theme from TLD!
I don't think this has been reported before.

It's about as clear as Bond knocking the Bond theme on Mathis' door.
Gotta give the ol'
No easter egg. Just an egg.

The Bond theme "played" via the bullets hitting the truck is definitely there. It is not mentioned in the DVD commentaries but the person who first pointed it out to me when we were wathcing my first video copy of the movie is a renowned New Zealand sound-engineer (CEO of a major national public radio station in fact).
Are you referring to a the tanker chase scene in "LTK"? Because that was definitely real and intentional, and admittedly pretty cool.

Now, everyone knows that when Sanchez shoots his Uzi at bond, the bullet hits play the Bond theme.
Look what I've found today in TLD.

I can't get this YouTube clip to play. Can someone tell me which scene this is? What is the nearest line of dialogue?
Thanks

I suppose the very last 3 ricochets would fit in with the words to The Living Daylight theme song for the lyrics "fades away". Otherwise I guess your hearing's much better than mine. But well done for spotting it.
And, just watching it again, isn't that a cool clip?! Using a JCB digger as a bullet proof sheild. It's funny yet not "double taking pigeon" funny. This is why I love the film so much, the humour is so good natured and doesn't take away from the serious parts. Even the naked Russian guards in the demolished shower block. It's funny as it doesn't linger.
