tdalton,

Right, though kind of 50/50 really. I hey wouldn't mind a bit of discussion on whether jumpsuits are appropriate now.

Orange has already been taken by the SPECTRE henchmen in OHMSS.
What about white?
I don't think that they should have jumpsuits. QUANTUM doesn't strike me as an organization that is going to run around with uniformed henchmen doing their dirty work for them, and I'd prefer that they remain presented in a realistic way rather than becoming a cliched organization like SPECTRE did in the later films or like many of the other Bond villains of the past films had working for them.
I know where you're coming from, particularly if you're talking about the jumpsuits in DAF and TSWLM. They were ridiculously camp, and were obviously went a long way into a killing of SPECTRE permanently.
However the jumpsuits in FRWL, TB and OHMSS, where used perfectly, nothing garish or flamboyant, and managed to be pretty sinister. Obviously on an external level Quantum wouldn't use jumpsuits or piranha pools, though in the deepest levels of the organisation (cut off from the outside world or eavesdropping) there's more room for that.
After all, it's been what, 6 years since the last Austin Powers film, and most audiences are asking for a more fantastical and larger than life Bond film (hopefully more OHMSS and TB than YOLT) - why not introduce some memorably Bondian staples with Craig's gritty (though now less sombre) style?
That could work pretty well.

I realize now that this was meant as a joke, and my apologies for obviously not being intelligent enough to understand that.

It's just a copy of dinovelvet's joke about the 3rd henchman's tie.

Partly yeah, but I seriously think jumpsuits could return and help get rid of the Bourne-ness of the last two films.

We need a new, Craig-era gritty updating of jumpsuits though. How about this:

They should dress either in paramilitary style, mercenary or soldier of fortune. Which ever way they dress, they should have one comman style and color for the top and the pantes, also the boots.

I would be extremely happy if we could see an army with henchmen in a modern Bondfilm. Epic!
