Homage is a nice word. Like all Eurospy endeavors, it's a full-on knock-off. (Bear in mind, please, that I LOVE these imitators!) But this one does fall on the parody side of the knock-off camp. Some parts are quite funny.

Kiss the Girls and Make them Die is a pretty tongue-in-cheek parody. But the homage works both ways. This is the plot synopsis of the film:
http://www.tcm.com/t....jsp?stid=80433
Mr. Ardonian, a mysterious industrialist with headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, has perfected a satellite which, once in orbit, could emit ultrasonic waves capable of sterilizing mankind. Ardonian amuses himself by collecting beautiful young women and placing them in a state of suspended animation until the time when they will be needed to repopulate the earth. (Undesirable candidates are eliminated in various bizarre ways.) His activities are closely watched by both an American CIA man, Kelly, and a beautiful English secret agent, Susan Fleming, who visit an Indian village in the Brazilian jungle and discover that Ardonian's experiments have caused all sexual desire to be suppressed for more than 4 years.
Sound familiar?
