Is anybody else annoyed about all the great competitions that only residents of the UK or alternatively the US are allowed to enter?

I noticed that there is a DAD competition on ninemsn but I can't enter it anyway!

You wouldn't believe how much this annoys me! I live in Canada, and I have this problem. We get lumped in with the states, but any contest - forget it. There is never a Canada only promotion. There is a little town just across the border with at most 50,000 people. When TWINE was released I went to the Suncoast store in the mall and they had more James Bond memorabilia and stuff than in my entire home town of Winnipeg - 700,000 people!, and it is hard to even find a stupid little calendar or Bond drink cup here!

Annoyed is about right. They seem to forget that there are other people who live outside of the US and UK that might be fans.

I too feel your pain and have been mad at this for the last few years.
Remember Bond would rather go to the Bahamas than station C Canada.
Even he is against us. JK

Doesn't it suck!
They';re all in the UK or USA! I got emailed details about one that sounded cool-had to stay awake for 24hrs watching Bond movies, and the person who stayed awake got tickets to the world premiere!
Insensitive bastards! It's even hard enough buying merchandise over here!

It's not much, but this months issue of Empire mag (Australian version) has a comp. to win all 19 bond films on DVD! Pales in comparison to tickets to the Bond premier, but at least it's something!

Who won the trip to UK? I can't even see any names on the ninemsn site. hmmmmmm, sounds dodgy.

Couldn't agree more. I entered that thing hundreds of times and they said the winners name would be up, which it isn't. NHJ.
