I also liked this one from Electra King in TWINE:
Electra: "There's no point in living if you can't feel alive!"
Jinx "Yo momma"
To paraphrase Patricia Fearing in "Thunderball":
"You must be joking!"

Bond: "No, some men don't like to be taken for a ride."
Great line from Fiona, topped by Bond's. Not quite brilliant, but easy, very clever banter.

A good line that would have been so much better if it didn't seem as though Britt Ekland was on her forty-third attempt at trying to get the words out properly and in a less wooden fashion."Oh, darling I'm tempted...but killing a few hours as one of your passing fancies insn't quite my scene." _Mary Goodnight
Ha ha..agreed.. though not as wooden as when she says "Yes. I saw the official business"

-Paula Kaplan(I love her voice as she says it, too.)

Fiona: "Some men don't like to be driven."
Bond: "No, some men don't like to be taken for a ride."
Great line from Fiona, topped by Bond's. Not quite brilliant, but easy, very clever banter.
My favorite Fiona line.
The vanity speech seems a little too self-aware on the part of the writer for my taste.

One other line of hers that I think was supposed to be wooden on purpose as she was trying to alert Bond of Scaramanga's intentions:
"I could stay here....FOREVER!"
Okay Mary/Britt, we got it!

Tracy di Vicenzo: "Suppose I were to kill you for a thrill."
Pola Ivanova: "The bubbles tickle my...Tchaikovsky."
Pam Bouvier: "B*ll[censored]!"
Jane Moneypenny: "You always were a cunning linguist James."
Vesper Lynd: "I'm the money."

Pussy Galore: "My name is Pussy Galore."
Agreed with all except Pola's. That would fall into one of the funniest or stupidest (I can't decide which) lines of the series.

Aki: "I think I will ejoy very much serving under you."
Bond: "Twenty thousand francs is a lot of money."
Tracy (pulling Bond down): "Mmmm."
Plenty O'Toole was rather annoying, but her few lines were all classics.
Rosie: "I'm going to be completely useless to you."
and another perfect set-up line:
"You couldn't - not after what we just did."
Natalya: "What is it with you and moving vehicles?"
And, especially,
"So kill him. He means nothing to me."
Bond's reaction was a perfect, unspoken "Touche."
Elektra: "You couldn't kill me, James. You'd miss me." (The best Feeme Fatale's last line ever)
Camille: "Make it count."

Domino (to lead into another classic retort): What sharp little eyes you've got."

Some great lines there. I love Natalya in Goldeneye.

Bond: "Can you think of a reason why we can't have a drink afterwards?"
Holly Goodhead: "Not immediately, but I'm sure I shall."
Ouch!

"Go blow up your pants!"
oh man, i laugh every time, i think the kid looks a LITTLE bit like harry potter which makes it even more funny
obviously anyline from fiona in thunderball, vanity included; natalia had lots of good ones. someone mentioned judi dench, and while she's not a bond girl i would say that everything she said, mainly in goldeneye and casino royale, was classic
i'm the money. there are alot of good lines like this that are even better because of bond's reply. bond seems to always get the final say
as far as jinx's lines in DAD. oh god, has there ever been a more character blatantly aimed at a juvenille american audience?

One of the best Bond girl lines in the history of Bond-dom is this one:-
Quantum of Solace's Camille:-
Greene "She's really quite stunning once you get her on her back"
Camille "I wish I could say the feeling is mutual"
