TLD seems the most romantic for me for reasons already stated by others. QoS or TMWTGG are near the bottom of the pile.
QOS is a deeply romantic film; it's about a guy who can't get over the death of a women he loved.

After that, I think Casino Royale cames in second within this poll.
Love BOTH films

My thoughts exactly. The Bond of QoS is still desperately in love with Vesper, hates her intensely because of her betrayal, and yet again feels for her because he knows she was tricked into betraying him. It is the most complex mindset we've seen the film Bond in, which is why QoS is my favourite Bond film. And that dynamic is romantic, though not of the clichéd kind.

Saying that, I would say that 'What's keeping you awake?' and 'I Never Left!" to be very tender scenes, indeed.

That has nothing to do with romance.....but with a guy who needs to see a psychiatrist.
Have you not seen Hitchcock's Vertigo then?

True, but I think you're underestimating "cliched romance".

I'm not a big fan of the Bond films as romances anyway.

TLD for all the reasons stated. The reason I say it and not OHMSS is that Lazenby-Bond shagging half the women at Piz Gloria (while apparently very much in love with Tracy) sort of puts a damper on the "romantic" mood.

He only really had sex with Ruby and another girl, not the entire clan.

Oddly enough,I also consider TB to be quite strong too,I love the Cape Martinique scene where Bond dances with Domino,it has a real romantic tone to it.
1/TLD
2/OHMSS
3/CR
4/TB
5/FYEO.
Least romantic,probably TMWTGG or MR.

Bond is essentially a Byronic hero. That's rather cliched.

Try using that line with a significant other and see where it gets you.TLD for all the reasons stated. The reason I say it and not OHMSS is that Lazenby-Bond shagging half the women at Piz Gloria (while apparently very much in love with Tracy) sort of puts a damper on the "romantic" mood.
