And if it's anything like a ridiculously expensive watch, please make it a service-provided watch, with good reasons.

I bought my Seamanster in 1999 and my Planet Ocean in 2007
My wife would not be happy if 007 were to sport another marque.

Just have a look at the videos: it can survive:
- being shot at with a cal. 12 Winchester rifle
- the water canon of the firemen
- and to top it all off, enough explosive to blow up a car
- etc.

I've stumbled upon this timepiece that looks just like the perfect Bond watch: Swiss Military 20.000 ft (yes, 20.000 ft!)

Indeed. It sounds as if the makers had 007 in mind when they created it.

Well, I just can't get enough of what Ian Fleming himself said on the matter of James Bond's watch. As a matter of fact, in preparation for writing this letter to B.W. Goodden on June 5, 1958, it seems the Mr. Fleming actually discussed the matter directly with Agent 007!While the Omega Seamaster is likely to stay for Bond 23, let's assume after that it's going to be well and gone. No more Omega or Rolex in Bond for a while. What brand, and maybe model, would you like to see Bond wear next?
I have discussed this with him and he points out that the Rolex Oyster Perpetual weighs about six ounces and would appreciably slow up the use of his left hand in combat. His practice, in fact, is to use fairly cheap, expendable wristwatches on expanding metal bracelets which can be slipped forward over the thumb and used in the form of a knuckle-duster, either on the outside or the inside of the hand.
In passing on his comments to you, I would add that James Bond has trained himself to tell the time by the sun in either hemisphere within a few minutes.
