Deservedly so as well. Pretty much every first person shooter in existence today owes something to this game. Not too mention the countless people (myself included) who were introduced to the Bond series by it.

GoldenEye is an awsome game 
The single player (the main game) is awesome and (to me) the graphics are still pretty good. Not to mention the fun I had playing with my friends on the split-screen multiplayer lol
Although the world is not enough is good, its not on-par with this

Goldeneye was a great. My dad even loved to play it. And yeah The World is Not Enough was a goodie too, but I agree not as good as GE64.
