My favorite ones by far are the first (Bond looking out the window as he drinks) and last (the Aston going down a countryside road). The first one was also used in a trailer or TV spot, was it not?

Interesting stuff. There are actually even more unused shots that can be found on the Bluray/DVD extras, like Molloka flipping a ladder from one girder to another, and shooting at Bond as he ducks behind something, etc.

I thought all of these shots were present in the crew files on the Deluxe Edition?

This is a compilation of shots from the Filmmakers Profile extra on the Collector's Edition. The shot of Bond standing at the window is from Chris Corbould's profile & the shot that goes over the casino table is from Phil Miheux's profile. All of the profiles are very good & have a lot of behind the scenes info in them. One of the many reasons this set is well worth purchasing.

As the Prof said it's just a compilation of the unused material from Casino Royale. Someone named dwd006 on youtube did all the work. He also has many other Bond related videos.

Yeah I was watching this the other day, some really nice shots in there. I love the cut footage from the footchase and the shot of Bond entering the graffiti lined ally in Venice.
