I have always considered this scene in Casino Royale a reference to M's private secretary Miss Moneypenny, but now that I think about it im not so sure. It takes place in the train when James first meets Vesper.
Vesper-"I'm the money."
Bond-"Every penny of it."
Do you think that is a reference?
Moneypenny reference?

It was discussed in this thread a while back. I personally thought that it was definitely a reference, but I think the popular consensus was otherwise.
