I suspect the series could be drug out to any number of books. There really isn't a clear main character so there's a ton of story potential.

I knew he would return to Horror. A "Young Bond" for the Harry Potter crowd scared the hell out of me. And I didn't even read the books (and have no plans to do so either).
You haven't read the Young Bond novels? Silverfin aside, they aren't your typical 12+ thrillers, and certainly don't cater to the Potter crowd (though I really don't mind those books one bit). They are legitimately good Bond adventures. I mean it'll take a day or two just to read one. I urge you to give it a go.

Anyway, haven't read the second book yet but the first was pretty gruesome stuff, especially for a kids book. Looking forward to reading volumes two and three.
