I don't know anything about Bond comic books, so I'd like to ask the specıalısts here: is it an official standard comic book translated into Tamil? Or is it something unofficial?

It's "The League of Vampires," one of the British newspaper strips, available in English from Titan Books, in the "Trouble Spot" collection.
