I also have the first four seasons of NCIS, which I think is one of the best plice procedurals out there. I don't usually go in for forensics stuff because I find the likes of CSI to be macarbe, but the characters on NCIS are all interesting and the show manages a balance between seriousness and humour. And Ziva reminds me of one of my friends who doesn't get colloquialisms.
And finally, I have the Greatest TV Series No-One Ever Watched, Joss Whedon's Firefly. Unfortunately, as he's moved on to Dollhouse - which I'll probably get when it is released on DVD as well - I don't think we'll ever get to go back to the shiny 'Verse ever again ...

The Simpsons (seasons 1-11 so far)
Star Trek (TOS, TNG, DS9, Voyager, Enterprise, Animated Series)
Looney Tunes (all that are available so far on DVD)
Pink Panther (do cartoon series count?)
Sopranos (all but season 6 part II, which I've either lost or haven't bought)
Battlestar Galactica (remake)
Futurama (series and subsequent direct to DVD movie releases)
Numb3rs (seasons 1-4)
and 1st season of 24 as well as 1st season of Heroes (HD-DVD clearance - $5!)
Hoping to buy Get Smart series on next Costco visit. Would love to have Boston Public if it ever came out on DVD. And not that it counts, but all 6 episodes of Police Squad! on one DVD.
I must say watching the more episodic series on DVD has given me enhanced appreciation of series like Deep Space Nine, The Sopranos, and Battlestar Galactica, that otherwise suffered from week long intermissions between initial airings of the shows.

Science fiction - UFO (remember that one? Moonbase, Skydiver, gull wing cars, spinning top flying saucers with liquid breathing aliens inside, and not forgetting those gals on Moonbase and SHADO HQ in the figure hugging outfits!

I've also got Captain Scarlet and Thunderbirds on DVD - allows me to regress into my late 60s childhood!
Drama - The House Of Cards trilogy, featuring an all time favourite villain, Prime Minister Francis Urquhart. The original Edge Of Darkness mini series. Series 1 to 3 of Mad Men. And the Tom Hanks dramatisation of the Apollo program, "From The Earth To The Moon".
Comedy - Monty Python, Peter Cook & Dudley Moore, the first series of Sergeant Bilko, and the surviving TV episodes of Hancock's Half Hour (a name that may not mean much outside the UK, but Tony Hancock was a great comic character). Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister, Taxi (with Danny De Vito) and Ronnie Barker's "Open All Hours", with David Jason and that near lethal cash till.
I think that's it!
