My choices for future Adult Bond novels would be:

Charlie Higson
Iain Banks
Robert Harris
Martin Amis
Charles Cumming
Jeremy Duns
Ben Macintyre
Robert Fisk
John Pearson
Christopher Wood
Raymond Benson
Jacques Stewart

Robert Fisk? Did you mean Robert Harris? Still, if you did mean Robert Fisk, well, fair enough. Interesting choice.

Yeah, I meant Fisk! He might make a fist of it, but let's try Fist things first.

I wouldn't care very much for new writers of Bond stories, but if the choice were up to me: either Lee Child or Daniel Silva.

I don't really like Lee Child.
My top choices are:

W.E.B Griffin
James Fleming
Eric Van Lustbader (writing as Robert Ludlum)
James Patterson

I think Charles Cummings would do a fantastic job.

I agree that Charlie Higson would do a brilliant adult Bond novel. I thought I would not enjoy the young bond books but they have been truly wonderful reads.

I dont think Faulks was a big enough Bond fan. Let Zencat have a go!

I'm beginning to agree now that I've read Double or Die. He has the Fleming style in his writing, would have like him to write DMC.
