If I were a bloke I imagine I'd want her to come back wearing skimpier clothing, but as I'm not a bloke, I could live with her coming back as long as she's not quite so sulky. Can't think of any particularly good reason why she should, though.

Wow, Dog; that was really insensitive...If people don't mind other characters recurring, like Mr. White, why a problem with a Bond girl? Bond didn't bone her in QoS, so there's unfinished business.

I have nothing against Olga being cast as a different character in a later Bond film, as that happened before with Maud Adams.

Was that just before she met Bond? Cuz she was banging Greene too to get her way.
She was using "the coldest weapon" to get closer to General Medrano and take her revenge - not for any personal pleasure. Yes, I just used DAD language, but I like that line.
And her family get raped and burnt alive? Happened when she was too young to be of interest to the General (probably around 5-9), so she's been using most of her adult life to train and learn about and then, finally, kill Medrano.
