How did Bond come to the conclusion that Vesper loved him? After meeting Yusef he gets his Quantum of Solace, but how does he know?

He knew it but he is so reckless that he wouldn't admit that they loved each other.
Then Mathis tried to convince him that she did it to save him, she even gave her life for him; then when he asked to 'forgive her, and forgive himself'
Camille then asked him to set him free from Vesper's memory and the M, who told him that she must go on (That's why at the end he said 'You were right.. about Vesper')
And after Bond confronts Yussef and look that he was just using girls (and rememeber that Vesper didn't wear the Love Knot at the end because she had moved on), he gets his Quantum of Solace: Vesper loved him, he loved her, but she is dead now and he must move on.
That's the way I got it.

Bond confronts Yusef and sees with his own two eyes that Yusef has set up another girl. She has the love knot too as proof she was being used, as others (Mathis and M), had told Bond Vesper had been used. And as Black fire points out Vesper stopped wearing the love knot as Yusef's hold loosened but by then it was too late. Yusef was proof that Vesper was not acting strictly out of disloyalty(towards MI6/Bond) she had been as much a dupe as Bond.
