I agree that cannibalizing the leftover Fleming titles is not the way to go either. They need to create an original name that's also unique for a change.

If anyone has ever wanted to see Felix cast to Fleming's physical description and personality, it's me. I wouldn't be co-directing FelixLeiter.com if I weren't a huge Felix nut. But you know what? Wright has become my favorite Felix of all the actors, and manages to do the rare thing in making me not care what Felix looks like.

Villians having unlimted resources and massive armies and for some reason can avoid detection from every government in the world.

Ohh, good one, that's a pet peeve of mind. It especially annoys me when companies are able to develop more advanced military technology than actual militaries (and their associated industrial-complexes). The stealth ship is probably the most annoying example of this.
The thing is, if 20-some government told Greene they would recognise the new Bolivian government, they would have to know about Quantum, no?

Oh yes definetly. It's bad enough Carver had that stealth ship but a gigantic sea drill that can tear a ship to shreads ? Yeesh.

This leads back to my theory that Quantum really is not a physically big orginization. They have people where it matters. So no massive army with uniforms.
