Early on in production, it was confirmed that M's Husband would be heard off screen in Quantum of Solace. I am 100% positive that I didn't hear him in the film. Did anyone else? or was his scene cut?

Yeah, he was saying that M had a call on her direct line to MI6, and then it cut to Tanner saying that Mathis had been found dead.
