After Camille kills Medrano, Bond and her are in the hotels and are about to die in the flames. I may be wrong but does Bond aline his head with Camille's as she repeats the 'one shot' speech and Bond effectively is planning the pairs suicide?

I don't think so. He couldn't shoot them both dead with a single shot. He'd have to shoot her first, and shoot him after.

I'm pretty certain he does.

Still, strange that Bond was ready to give up like that... Throwing himself through some flames should be a walk in the park after everything he had to go through in this film.

Just on a separate point, in sympathy for those who are going to have to wait a while to see the film in their country... the title of this thread alone is a spoiler. If I wanted to avoid spoilers, knowing that there is a 'Camille and Bond finale' is, I'm afraid, already too much.

The inferno heading towards them reminds her of the horror she faced in her childhood. she does not want to die this way, she gives bond the gun to make that ''one shot'' count and kill her.
This was not only the best scene in the film but one of the best in the series, a look of bond were he really does think ''this is it'' and when she hands him the gun there is a moment where he gains strength and at that moment he finds his QOS and becomes James Bond.
Connery and Brosnan couldnt pull a scene like that of in their dreams.
