....and they also developed the pc version of spiderman 3, wich was terribly unoptimized when it came out,i know they are using the cod 4 engine(and Cod4 can run in a microwave) but im a little worried anyway..

Frankly, I'm sceptical too which is why I'm waiting for the demo.
