After seeing all 19 the Bond movies I'm turning toward the books. So I thinking which book to choose. I thought to myself I don't have a clue. So I turning to the book/movie fans out there for some help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Which Book?

Definately start from the beginning with Fleming...it makes the others easier to understand (with all the references and everything) and lets you see the development of the character.
I've not read any Gardner, but I'd start with High Time To Kill with Benson only because it's the first of the Union trilogy and it needs to be read to follow my personal favorite Benson book (Doubleshot). In fact, the first Bond book by any author I read. I think I read it twice before hitting ebay and starting the rest of my collection.

Fleming: yeah, start at the beginning, go on until you reach the end.
And then stop.
Although Colonel Sun and Nobody Lives For Ever are worth a flick thru.

Isn't that a bit like saying you should watch the films up to OHMSS...And then stop?
