There was a concept art where the Aston was chased by two black cars so I wouldn't doubt about vehicle levels, at least one.

I don't think their will be any driving levels in the game. Possibly boats may drive by or they could have a boat mission like in FRWL.

I think we would of heard about these levels by now since it's only 2 months away from release.

I think if there are any vehicles, this is how it will be handled. Activision have said they will retain some elements of previous Bond games that did work.
