I did a search, but I might be in the wrong thread so MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD. Or speculation.

I think whoever's released the trailer has all but confirmed for the viewing audience in the know that Frost is the villianess, the shot in the aircraft of Jinx and Bond and the dialogue "Looks like were going down together." And "Not yet" from Bond looks like there the only two left on the plane. I'm kind of dissapointed if MGM have released this bit of info for people who suspect something, and it also looks like that face changing may happen. Before I thought it was a little much, but it looks all but confirmed from the footage and Graves' "One of the virtues of never sleeping, I have to live my dreams."

Well food for thought anyways.

I say:

Graves: changes into someone else and disapears

Frost: wounded by jinx, but then dies at end by bond or someone

Jinx: trapped under ice and gets zapped to show power of Graves weapon.

Zao: have airplane fight and he "got the boot" with the obvious parachute under his jacket, falliung to his grave. (no pun intended)

Graves had a dope metal suit on, too who knows what that is about. whitch has to do with that satellite orbiting. The first 2 trailers gave us our thoughts, now this one buries all our suspicions, and now we have to come up with new ones because of all the twists

Jinx - Survives till end
Graves - activates Icarus to fire at the plane (targeting his suit) but Bond kicks him out of the plane. The beam hits down as Graves falls, the plane almost engulfed as it fights with the turbulance.
Zao - Bond uses the Sonic ring as he punches Zao...

Looking at the trailer again... I think i've dropped a bollock. Its gotta be Jinx that's the traitor. The "looks like were going down together." Looks as if Jinx is saying it with a manical twist upon numerious viewings. But the whole Bond, Frost, Zao and Graves bit with the floor suddenly has become confusing.

But Im changing my stake.

Well the floor bit, where everyone is falling through, it's only Frost and Bond that are standing on the floor. Bond is definetley saving Frost at that stage, so may I suggest that

1) Either her cover as an MI6 agent has been blown at this stage
or
2) it's incidental that she's standing on the floor, and somehow she pretends to work for Graves.
