Which engine were good for QoS ?

I am exciting to have a new bond game since 3 years ,but my hope was to have a game with more TPS elements than FPS .
Now we can't change any thing but I'd like to ask a Q:what Engine would you prefer to be for CR & QOS Game ??
1- MGS4 Engine
2- COD4 Engine
3- Not one of these

Personally I'd go with the Grand Theft Auto IV engine. It's third person, it has driving, indoor and outdoor done reasonably well. The way GTA is set up is also great for a non linear plot. You could set up a great game like that with Bond. Instead of one large city the scene could be several smaller sets, some with some elaborate interiors.

MGS 4 looks good, but I'm not sure if it could handle Bond, since it load every time you exit/enter new area.
So my vote goes to GTA 4. Large environment, with no loading times at all...
