In an interview with Albert R. Broccoli, it was revealed that Diamonds Are Forever was to end with Bond and Tiffany getting married and starting a family. Timothy Dalton was all lined up to be Connery's replacement, and even went as far as making this pre-release movie poster, before the producers had a change of heart and went for Roger Moore instead. Although relieved that the baby didn't turn out ginger Tim was very dissappointed that his son already had thinning hair. He hoped a bit of pistol whipping would turn the kid into a man!

But this one is particularly lame and obvious, and that’s where the genius lies. I’m still chuckling.
