Thanks to dinovelvet for choosing my entry in the last round of "mock Roger." Tired of sifting through the usual library of Google images, I opted to produce my own graphic this time using my mad skills in high tech image capturing. Yeah, right.

Anyway, if anyone's willing to take on the challenge, I defy you to make sport of this perfectly respectable and dignified portrait of a knight of the realm. Best of luck to all.

"I say, this new vacuum cleaner really does a great job. Just one question though, where do I empty the bag?"

Finding himself locked in only moments before the premier of Cavemen, Roger employs a novel method of breaking down the door.

It was a miracle he ever landed the job as Bond, this here being Roger's fourteenth and smoothest run-through using the magnetic watch to unzip her dress.

The producers eventually replaced Roger in the scene with a close-up stunt arm, starting a trend which continued over the next 6 films.

Luisa (calling up the stairs): "Roger, darlink! I'm home!"

Sir Rog: "Oh, Christ! It's the missus! Now, how do I let the air out of this bloody thing?!"

"Q's gadgets get moore and moore ingeneous."

EON actually planned to use Moore in The Living Daylights and actually filmed the sniper scene before replacing him with Dalton and taking a more serious approach to the film.

In the remake of Thunderball starring Roger Moore as James Bond, 007 makes doubley sure that Colonel Boitier is not a woman...

Thanks for the laughs, gang. Lots of fun stuff here, but I have to give it to Judo Chop for creating a real Inspector Clouseau/Woody Allen vibe with this entry:

It was a miracle he ever landed the job as Bond, this here being Roger's fourteenth and smoothest run-through using the magnetic watch to unzip her dress.

...which made me laugh out loud the first time, and giggle every time after that.

Over to you, JC.

The clouds part and the sun shines warm on my shoulder. Thanks DM! I'm glad you enjoyed. I
