From my experience of watching the films, they tend to cast a little more anonymously than that. Even Halle Berry who was a name in 2002 was not a major movie star at the time.Demi Kutcher (nee Moore) anyone? She's about the right age for Craig's Bond, still very attractive and a great actress to boot.

Maybe the marital name will fool everyone?

I use her as my modle for Moneypenny in my fanfic stories.
But having seen her in action in Doomsday, I believe she could hack it out in the field.

Hmm, I suppose you're both right, but it wouldn't do them any harm by casting the odd famous face.

Mila Kunis; very different to how we hear her on our screens every week

I have been banging on about Rhona Mitra for a long time now.
I use her as my modle for Moneypenny in my fanfic stories.

Few actresses convince as well as Rhona when it comes to action imo, a definite contender for a more active Bond Girl.
I am also a fan of Ali Larter, perhaps not as the pivotal female role but maybe an adversarial one along the lines of Fiona Volpe.

If I was churlish I would point out that acting range has not always been an overiding requirement ^^.

Sigh I've stopped pushing for both of them....I'd also say it's a bit rich that someone whose been pushing for Hilary Duff and Amanda Baynes ad nauseum can say that someone who, you know, may not be the biggest talent out there, but at least has a little variety on their CV has an insufficient acting range, but I don't know, maybe it's all some kind of meta-joke I don't get or something
and I was pretending to be pretensions Mila is very hot indeed and there are far worse choices out there.
However Duff is trying her hardest to be a serious actress Her roles in Law and order SVU and Ghost Whisper were huge departures for her and she did OK in both roles.
I apologize if i was to harsh Volante.
I am curious when bond 23 will start off again so we have fun rumors to dissect.

Not to be a jerk but, this post:
is hardly ancient, so I think it's understandable I didn't realise you had stoppedJust like I;d love for Hilary duff to be a bond girl and both her and Mrs Bynes to be in 007's favorite magazine (they are both of age and this is a family forum so deduce my clue if you want but I don't feel it appropriate to post the name)
but in all circumstances I know it won't..
Shame 2 about Mrs. Duff I just watched her guest appearance on Law and order SVU and ghost whisperer she surprisingly is a good actress not great mind you but good give her time and she might become less of a laughable choice for a bond girl.
It will never happen as Zorin and others have said "they will never cast anyone who started in Disney not yesterday not today not tomorrow not ever."

To be fair, an indie name like Ms Kunis is far more interesting than not and not a million miles from where the casting nets could/should be looking.
It would be niceto think so, but the gig will probably go t to someone like
Alessandra Ambrosio

As for Mila, her work is unfortunately tainted by her past. It would be exceedingly difficult to not hear Meg, or see Jackie, or see Jackie Playing A Bondgirl.
What about....

Jewel Staite?

Has anyone mentioned Scarlett Johansson yet? She's classically sexy and intelligent too.
And somehow more famous than any actor that has played Bond so far! I don't think she'd accept to play in a Bond film! Sexy, though! I agree.
Welcome to CBn!

"Well I wouldn't put it like that, Sir!"
I don't know, it depends on what she's wearing!
