Now that it's possible that Charlie Higson will write the next chapter of James Bond's life, I've got two questions for you:

1. What should the series be called? Teen Bond™ or something else? They can't call it Young Bond™ because it will be confused with that series and little kids would end up reading about French brothels.

2. Higson said it would start from where he left off in By Royal Command and perhaps go to World War II. Is that fine with you or would you want it to follow Bond up until his SIS days? Or would you want a third series that goes from WWII until 1951 (Casino Royale)?

War Bond.

Which is a quite appalling pun, but fitting.

I really like that.

Mr. Higson, I hope you're reading this thread!

Oh that's a top pun. I was going to suggest Bond's War, but that's much better.
How irritating.

I've mentioned this in other threads, but I see a second series of YB books (set at Fettes) being called simply Young Bond II, and a war Bond series being called...

Commander Bond.
