D is for the Douglas DC-3 airplane, as piloted by Bond in Quantum of Solace. Reportedly, Eon used two DC-3s during the production shooting, one in Mexico and one flown in from the USA for the take-off scenes in Chile, which substituted for the Bolivian desert airport.

C is for Chitwood, Joie Chitwood. Stunt driver and driving stunts coordinator on Live and Let Die. In the New York City scenes in LALD, Chitwood drove the taxi that picked up Bond at Kennedy Airport.
