There are probably more choice, but my first guess is one of Leiter's assistants to Bond in TLD.

That's the one. Go, Janus.

Tiffany Case to 'Peter Franks' in DAF.

"He like, threw me down and he said `I hope your puppeteer has big hands because I'm not using lube.'"
Whoops, that's not from a Bond film. That's from "Family Guy". For the life of me I was wondering why Timothy Dalton's Bond would talk that way to a woman. At least I think it was Timothy Dalton's Bond who said something like that.
Bond says "The thought had occurred to me." Name *both* films.

TMWTGG & Moonraker,
In response to "The oil sheiks would pay you to keep solar energy off the market" and "Hang on, James!"

Wrong, AMCHornet.
It's still "The thought had occurred to me." Name *both* films.

I'm not wrong, Glid - there must be more than just two references.
Are you looking for a particular speaker?

Film A..Moonraker when Bond is hanging off the cable car and Holly tells him to hang on..Film B.. Goldeneye when M tells 007 that he's more interested in his theories than her numbers.. I think that's it...and Scaramanga does say that line when Bond tells him about the oil sheiks..
If that is correct then..
" I don't think he smoked! "

Bond re Mitchell in QoS, when M spotted an ashtray she'd given him for Christmas in his flat.
"Where is Bond now?"

"Good luck!" Name *fourteen* films, and their speakers, of course. Occurrences such as "Good luck, men", "Good luck, Teresa", "Good luck, darling" DON'T count. Good luck must be a complete sentence.

"I wish you luck, my friend."

"I wish you luck, my friend."
No jumping the line. My "Good luck" hasn't been answered yet. And yours is Kristatos to Bond in FYEO.

My "I wish you luck, my friend" was directed to whoever attempts to answer your challenge, as I am not going to participate in this round.
I thought that was obvious. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Well, Film #1 I know is Dr. No...Moneypenny says "Good luck" to Bond just before he heads home to get ready for his trip to Jamaica.. Film #2...Moneypenny again to Bond just before he heads off to Istanbul (I think.) I'll have to think of some more..

At the end of Goldfinger, as Bond boards the plane, I think the brigadier and one other person each say "Good luck," don't they? That would be two more.

You may have multiple occurrences within each film.

Found two more instances when watching Thunderball tonight..
#1 M says "Good luck" to Bond after he changes his assignment to Nassau and sends him on his way..
#2 Felix Leiter says "Good luck" to Bond before 007 joins in the underwater mayhem at the end of the film..
Need to think of a few more now..

Thought of another one... In You Only Live Twice...Moneypenny to Bond just before she tosses him the Instant Japanese language book..
(Ok, this is seriously getting annoying... I think we should return this game to its normal routine in a few days if we can't figure out all fourteen instances..)

Sorry, glidrose--the people have spoken. Or not, I guess. Let's try getting back to the usual:
"Ready, James."

(Thanks MajorB! Well I gave it my best shot, but those were the only instances I could come up with..)
Yours is Moneypenny, ready to dictate a memo by a fuming 007 after he's been relieved from Operlation Bedlam in OHMSS..
" Commence attack!! Commence attack!! "
