I woudn't count outtakes as being "in" a film. Otherwise they'd be, well, intakes.

I think this game works better if we stick to the actual theatrical films.

Agreed. I put this stuff in the same category as the James Bond Jr cartoon series. It may be inspired by Bond, but it's incredibly obscure, even to Bond fans.
