Clue...

The trouble is I regard each sentence in the Bond films as being a separate quote. Perhaps because of that I have made it difficult.
Clue...Spoiler
Bond to Stacey in AVTAK????
Also, not to nitpick, but we are all "bond geeks", and I realize Lord's muttering is hard to follow: isn't it Gently, BUD (BUB) gently, as in gently, man?
Anyway, offtopic.

Maybe you're right.
On the quote. Right movie, and it is Bond who says it. But you've got the wrong person who he says it to.

"Oh! Surprise!"
The reason it may be a cheat is that you could plausibly argue that the line is "Oh, surprise!", so the word "Surprise" shouldn't have been given on its own.
I feel much better now.

This one's tricky, and may be a slight cheat. Let me fill it out a little:
"Oh! Surprise!"
The reason it may be a cheat is that you could plausibly argue that the line is "Oh, surprise!", so the word "Surprise" shouldn't have been given on its own.
I feel much better now.
Would that line be followed by a little "hee hee hee"?
OK---porter/bellman to Bond--MWTGG. Final answer.
If so: I throw in the Nitpick rule and say I think it's "Oh, a surprise". But, awaiting word, Major B.

Lazenby saying it under his breath to Nancy?
INCORRECT!!!!!!!!!!!
Is it possible that it's incorrect because Jeff007 specified Lazenby, rather than Baker dubbing Lazenby? That is, it would've been correct if he'd just said "Bond" or "Lazenby's Bond"? I can't think of any other reason it would be wrong.

Now, at the risk of the end of civilization as we know it, or someone possibly tampering with my dam bungee cord. Major, you are correct.
This game usally quotes the characters from the films, and although I know a little about Bond, and even went so far as to rewatch the DVD, I could not find a character named Lazenby in OHMSS who says that line of dialog. I even looked on IMDB.
Bond spoke those words to Nancy, OR Lazenby spoke to Ms Von Schell. But a corssover of the two---not on my watch!!
Jeff, sorry fellow LTK'r and potential EuroBond'er, but when we sit at the Master Geek table, it's all in the details.....
Major B, please continue with the new clue.....

So, with all due respect to Jeff007, who was thisclose to nailing it, I proceed:
"Oh, no."

Bond, Roger Moore, saying it to JW Pepper in TMWTGG during car chase.

...And actually, I realized there's another one in the same movie, when Bond is backing Pat into the steam room:
Pat: You don't mean...oh, no!
Bond: Oh, yes!
Over to you!

I was under the impression that this game was to determine who said what to whom and the requirement of specifying a scene was not needed. As for the film title, that's usually a "given" when we cover the who said what to whome bit, but can be thrown in to clinch the deal.
So if a film title is a "given" in like saying Stacy Sutton we automatically know it's A View to a Kill, why wouldn't saying "Lazenby" not automatically mean James Bond in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service? I wouldn't of said Connery, Moore etc because of their multiple films.
We'll have a trivia-off this summer again TRS! lol
