I know I'm supposed to wait a turn, but since no one else is jumping in, I'm going to take a wild guess that it's from early in LALD, spoken by a copy in the background while Bond is telling Felix about his crashed cab and dead driver. I'm not sure I actually remember hearing anyone say it. It's possible I've hallucinated this whole answer.

Hmm.....I do love the Moore 80s films.

 

..man I can hear it.......it's a Captain or Officer or someone....agh.....it has to be 'FYEO' as I can't hear it in 'OP' or 'AVTAK' in my head replaying it.
