It's nice to see a critic who is not hung up on pretenious art films and foreign films but can include popular hits like Bond films and The Incredibles alongside films like Into the Wild and The Squid and the Whale in his list of recent favorites.
And The Apartment is an interesting choice of favorite film as opposed to those who automatically stick Citizen Kane in that slot.

Thanks, doublenought. But I must say: you've been slacking off...considerably...in your defense of Gorgeous George lately. Is this because GG wasn't directed by Marc Forster or is there some more sinister reason?
