Remember John Malkovich's Pascal Sauvage from Johnny English? A French businessman who wanted to rule Great Britain and had everyone in his own pocket (Including Pegasus, Head MI7). Well, Dominic Greene is played by a French actor and he has many English citizens in his pocket (including our Foreign Secretary, who will have a terrible rescemblance to Pegasus )... so, there's a connection. The official synopsis says that Dominic Greene has powerful contacts within the British Government, but it hasn't been confirmed that this includes the Foreign Secretary.
