So,
This isn't really a bond game, but I've been reading tidbits about "Mirrors Edge" over the last couple of months and saw a new post about it today. What makes this game interesting is that it's a first person game centered around parkour, free running. The premise sounds pretty cool though for people like myself who admitedly hate heights... this game may be a bit nerve racking since you'll literally be jumping from building to building, running down cranes (sound familiar?), and hoping you don't miss said jumps. You can see screenshots and read about it here:

As the title said, this is probably as close as we'll get (or want to get) to reliving the parkour sequence from Casino Royale... which is pretty neat in of itself... thank God for custom soundtracks on the Xbox so Arnolds' "African Rundown" cue can be enjoyed while playing!

Hmm... intriguing.. now if only they can come up with something like this for the Wii, I might actually consider buying a game console.
Rich, I share your fear of heights but have gone to somewhat extreme measures to try to numb it down (tandem sky-dive was my attempt at desensitisation therapy).
This seems like the sort of thing where I'd want a truly immersive playing experience.

Interesting, especially since EA were said to have once "started work" on a Casino Royale game before losing the Bond rights. Could this be an offshoot of something they'd been planning with CR? I hope we see a cheeky obviously-inspired-by-CR construction site level in this game.

Neat concept. The screenshots remind me a little of the Spider-man 2 or Spider-man 3 video games. You get to test your fear of heights around New York City.
