I liked The Secret World of 007 when it first came out back in 2000 or whenever that was. I got it and enjoyed the perspective it gave. But with subsequent printings it has become the same as a lot of other books that were updated over the years -- The Offical James Bond Encyclopedia, The Essential 007, The Complete James Bond 007 Movie Book, The James Bond Girls are examples. These basically just tack on the new film.
A few others -- The James Bond Films, James Bond in the Cinema and The James Bond Bedside Companion -- at least had new material they worked with and made a few other minor modifications that made it worth the repurchase.
