A few years ago, I happened upon the following song by obscure UK pop outfit, The Boris Flats.
I love the exuberant knowing-ness of the track, Lazenby from their reccud (sic) Dinlo.

A pity no one has offered up a response 'til now. 
This is quite poignant is an amusingly sad way, and I'd like to hear, but I don't think I want to download (ie: buy) the whole album just to listen to this one song.
Reminds me of the title of another song called "Lazenby's Folly" by King Loser.
