Now that the dust has settled a bit since this week's announcement (and I am currently cutting my hat into bite-sized chunks as I did not think we would get a title) what do folk think of the way Bond22 is going?
I for one adore the title. It has a brilliantly elusive Fleming / Dick Francis 1970's airport novel vagueness about it.
The plot slightly concerns me - but that is mainly because we are still emerging from the Brosnan ashes when it comes to info such as DOMINIC GREENE is to be a businessman and we may have a GUSTAV GRAVES inspired environmentalist. "More action" concerns me too as the "less action" of CASINO ROYALE was not actually how things eventually went.
My hunches so far are that CAMILLE is GREENE's wife and that VESPER was a manipulated bit on the side. I also imagine we'll get a non title Bond song as QUANTUM OF SOLACE doesn't trickle off the tongue...
And did I read a while back that Don Black was involved or had spoken to David Arnold or is that just internet tittle-tattle...?
