A little commnetary; apart from the first two YB, Benson's Midsummer nights doom, Gardner's novelizations LTK and GE, it's the first time since 1984 (Icebreaker) there are a swedish translation of a original story. It's about bloody time we can read a Bond book without a dictionary in the other hand.

Interesting that a relatively unknown Benson short story gets translated, but not any of his novels or Bond novelizations.

Why was Midsummer nights doom translated to Swedish? A not so wild guess is that it was because it was published in the short-lived swedish edition of Playboy as was the original. The title was Mord p
