After Bond finds the cell phone, he decides to go back to the snake pit to berate his colleague, then flies back to England and sulks a while in his flat, before using the pickpocketing skills Mister Fagin had taught him to break into M's flat... by accident (he thought it was Q's).

What happened to Jaws from where he dropped the stone on his foot up to where he was on the train in The Spy Who Loved Me

He ttok the same boat took previously by Bond and Anya. Tailed Bond and Anya when they get out of M's HQ in the pyramid. Then he called his old friend Tee Hee and asked him how he could gain access to a train without being seen. Tee Hee tell him his secrets of maskerading... and Jaws finnaly mentered the train, and attacked Anya as in The Spy Who Loved Me.
