I was wondering if anyone has the MP3 of this theme:

I understand at one point you could download it from the Smirnoff website but I appeared to have missed the boat on that one. I love this theme and it has been driving me nuts not being able to find it. If you could contact me via e-mail ([email protected]) I would appreciate it.

I have that theme. I downloaded it from a site. Perfect believe me. If you want I will forward you the details via email. The most I could do is make a copy on CD and send it out to you if you can't get into site.

Your browser name is usually in the menu bar or you could click in the Help menu & you will see it listed (usually in the bottom of the list. For example it will say About Mozilla Firefox. Assuming you are on Windows, you can just right click on the file & select Save Link As... to save it to your computer.

Can I please ask. Is this Casino Royale theme official? I dont think it is. I think it was fan made.

It is most definitely official and was put together for the trailer by the two brothers behind E.S. Posthumus (http://www.esposthumus.com/ ). The trailer house which edited the final cut however did do some cutting and pasting though. The only thing it's really missing are the subtle violins and large hits at the beginning which aren't really all that interesting anyhow.

I have the .wav files from the contest as well as my own remix there. Since the .wav files were distributed free originally, I don't think I'm breaking any rules, but mods please correct me if I'm wrong!

Also, as Rich stated, the final trailer used some orchestra hits and subtle violins that were, for whatever reason, not included in the Smirnoff contest. Rich once did a great job recreating these sounds (can't remember where I heard it from)!
