Bond 22
Ernst Stavro Blofeld: Mathieu Amalric
?: Anatole Taubmann
=
From Russia With Love
Ernst Stavro Blofeld
Rosa Klebb
It's just a thought on Bond 22's chain of command based on the Blofeld rumor. What are your thoughts?

Anatole Taubmann is to Matthieu Amalric...

There, I said it.

Here's mine:
Anatole Taubmann is to Matthieu Amalric...
...as Vargas was to Largo.
There, I said it.
Taubmann is to Almaric
as Colonel Moon was to Gustav Graves
Yes, I went there

Here's my theory using From Russia With Love as a reference point:
Bond 22
Ernst Stavro Blofeld: Mathieu Amalric
?: Anatole Taubmann
=
From Russia With Love
Ernst Stavro Blofeld
Rosa Klebb

Possibly, sort of, I take your point

Taubmann = Red Grant
Amalric = Rosa Klebb or Kronsteen
Blofeld = ?
I know we had all that debate about whether or not Amalric will be playing Blofeld; if I had to guess from the rumours, it's possible that he might not, but that Blofeld is nonetheless in the film. Amalric may simply be playing the Largo/Klebb role.
I'm not basing this on any real evidence, and I'm sorry to drag up the debate over Max von Sydow's English ability again, but it's possible that Amalric may have heard he was being considered for the villain role, and also that Blofeld may be in the film, and had hence jumped to the conclusion that he was up for the role of Blofeld (and had told von Sydow while filming with him).
Speaking of jumping to conclusions, I realise this is an extreme bit of fanwankery-speculation, but you never know!

I was actually wondering about this theory too. Actually, I think it might go like this:
Taubmann = Red Grant
Amalric = Rosa Klebb or Kronsteen
Blofeld = ?
This is the way I would like it to go.

I think your new Von Sydow theory holds water. (if I can say that fanwank holds water. I don
