Yes, to those here in the states, here's to the day of "Thanks" and gluttony that we annually celebrate.
I'm a bit of an orphan this year, but that's the way I like it sometimes.
So, the best place to go without a reservation - My favorite British pub which does always offer an excellent "Classic turkey dinner" and is never crowded on T-Day.
Yeah, a few pints and a plate full of turkey, cranberries, yams, stuffing, 'taters and extra gravy (they offer two types, traditional and the "house" - made with Guinness). I expect to be in a light coma by around 8pm tomorrow night.
Enjoy your day everyone on this side of the pond.

My wife and I, should she be up to it, shall be traveling a scant 4 miles to enjoy food and fellowship with my family, so I may be away from CBn for the bulk of the day. You all will, however, be in my thoughts.
Cheers!

We'll do our standard early dinner then go to a movie, followed by left-over turkey. I need to find a few decent bottles of wine to chill overnight...

Just as a matter of interest, does the harvesting season finish earlier in Canada than in the US? It seems a little strange to me that Thanksgiving in both countries are celebrated more than a month apart.Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow American CBNers and a happy belated Thanksgiving to our Canadian CBNers.
