I really hope this isn't some sort of anti-Serb attempt.

Official Dossier: Bond, James.
030 SPECIAL FORCES UNIT
During his three-year tenure with the 030 SFU, Bond rose to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He saw active service in Bosnia...
...where Bond was credited with saving the lives of nearly 100 men from militia in one village. Bond was recruited by the RNR Defence Intelligence Group and awarded the rank of Commander.
Shadows of Sarajevo is first and foremost a war movie about the events that effect a soldier...
...it shows Lieutenant Commander Bond as an active Special Operations soldier, and his evaluation and recruitment by Defense Intelligence...
No, it is not going to carry any political theme. It is about how decisions at war effect soldiers.... and what that effect was on James Bond as a character.
Teaser Trailer should be coming soon.
Any and all feedback is welcome.... what do you think of this concept?

I just saw this on the website:
"During the S-300 missile crisis in Cyprus, Cmd. Bond helped undermine the Republic of Cyprus government's confidence, and, it is felt, helped bring a peaceful resolution to the matter."
This is a gross distortion of what happened. The internationally recognised Republic of Cyprus planned to purchase Russian S 300 surface to air missiles to defend itself against the illegally occupying armed forces of Turkey (who illegally control 40% of the island). The Turkish military, which is the real political power in Turkey, threatened repurcussions and the Cypriot government delayed the missile purchase indefinately. This was bullying by a country of 80 million against a country of 1 million that was trying to defend itself, pure and simple.
Why Bond would want to undermine the Republic of Cyprus' confidence when it is the only legitimate UN recognised state and how this brought peace, is beyond explanation.
Whoever wrote that pile of crap needs to get their facts straight.

That's interesting.... however the film in production is about Bond's final days as an active-duty soldier in Bosnia. It really has nothing to do with the Cyprus incident, which happens later.
So I'm not really following where you're going, Byron.
