Read that Gardner wrote two books about Professor Moriarty and I'm curios if anyone read them or if they're any good. I read all original Athur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes novels and short storys including Nicholas Meyer's The West End Horror and The Seven-Per-Cent Solution and just about getting through Adrian Conan Doyle's and John Dickson Carr's The exploits of Sherlock Holmes.

My questions is; Are the Gardner's Prof. Moriarty novels any good? Didn't he wrote a third? What happend to that one? Nicholas Meyer wrote a third too - The Canary Trainer - is that one worth reading? Is it true that Meyer had wrote a Bond script un-credited? In that case - what film?

They are very good. I believe he was planning to write a third but was prevented from doing so. Fans of Conan Doyle should enjoy these adventures.
