Jaws in Wood's Moonraker

I have some questions about Jaws:
Even if i read Woods Moonraker and TSWLM I can't remember if Jaws was in it Moonraker or not. Do I remember right that he was killed in Woods TSWLM? Was he inspired by Horror from Flemings TSWLM?

Hi Mr Twilight,

you remember it right, Jaws was killed in TSWLM. Nevertheless he was also in Moonraker.
Wood never explained how this was possible :cooltongue:
I think I read somewhere that he was inspired by Horror because of his steel teeth.
