Downtown Alleyway

The rioters gathered around something in an alleyway. They fired guns into the air, and proudly displayed unlit molotov cocktails. What they were gathered around was a dying police officer - they were slowly killing him through physical abuse. They continued to beat him using whatever they could: sticks, his baton, bats...whatever they had. He was covered in blood, and very close to death.
