Which Playboy magazines contains Bond short storys and novels. I have been looking but I haven't found any lists with magazines where Bond articles and/or Bond novels/short storys appears. Would be happy if someone could help me.

I know that The Hildebrand Rarity was published back in the mid 60s but have no idea which issue. Also, I believe, bits of The Man With The Golden Gun were produced in the magazine as well upon publication.

Then there is the Raymond Benson connection with two of his shorts, Midsummer Nights Doom and Blast From The Past in the late 1990s

Sorry if I was a little unclear in my question. I was thinking of the magazines from the 60s and 70s.

I wanted to keep centered on the topic, but I have to fold and say that the March 1966 issue is a masterpiece, one of my favorite issues of the decade; the "Wright" stuff, if you will.

BTW, read it for the ads, too! My whole delusional view of the 1960s to early seventies is based on the adverts in the bunny mag!

And they had the wisdom to know Fleming's work was worth delving deeply into.

Thank you for reading my innuendo-free post.

I would love to see scans and illustrations from Fleming's Playboy publications. It's really interesting (and fun) to see how both Hefner and Fleming represent their times. I recently posted an article about Playboy, Mid-Century Modern Design, Ken Adam, and set design in 60s Spy films/shows on my website and blog, Spy Vibe. I hope you'll check it out and add your thoughts. Best, -Jason (SpyVibe.com)
